How to book your stay directly
A direct reservation starts with choosing a specific property. Search the official website or speak to our team to find accommodation that matches your dates and group.
1. Enter your dates and every guest
At www.baiadosgolfinhos.com.br, enter your check-in and checkout dates and guest count. If you contact us on WhatsApp at +55 (47) 99737-5511, send the same details and mention children, infants or a pet.
Browsing without confirmed dates helps you discover the properties, but does not confirm a price or availability. Rates and conditions must be checked for your travel period.
2. Choose by property code, layout and address
Open the property listing and keep its code. Compare bedrooms, bathrooms, beds, occupancy and position within the building. A sofa bed or extra mattress provides a different arrangement from a bed in a separate bedroom.
Check the address too: Baía dos Golfinhos, Vista Bella and Marcelo Pinheiro are separate buildings. Houses are individual properties even when they share an address. The photographs should match the code you choose.
3. Review the details of the offer
Before completing a booking, review the dates, total guest count, property identification and total amount. Check the available payment methods and any items charged separately. Ask for written clarification if anything is unclear.
Tell us about requirements that affect your decision: vehicle dimensions, mobility access, bed linen, kitchen equipment, internet for work or a particular view. Confirmation for another property does not establish what your chosen accommodation provides.
4. Read the rules before paying
Check-in is at 2 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Pets are allowed upon signing a responsibility agreement. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a refund of the amount paid.
For cancellations 30 days or less before check-in, ask the team for the applicable conditions before booking. Read the Terms and Privacy Policy provided on the website and retain your booking conditions with your confirmation.
5. Keep your confirmation
Follow the payment instructions shown on the website or confirmed by the team through the official channels. Keep payment receipts, your booking code, property name and agreed terms.
An initial conversation or quote is not a confirmed reservation. If you are unsure about your booking status or whether payment has been received, check directly with the team.
6. Arrange your arrival
Before travelling, confirm where to meet the team and how you will gain access to the property. Share your expected arrival time and keep WhatsApp available for instructions.
Enter the address of your booked accommodation in your navigation app. Another building's address or the company's service address is not necessarily the address of your stay.
