Our portfolio includes properties at different addresses in central Bombinhas. Identify the building or house on your reservation before planning your route: the website name is not the address of every accommodation.
Residencial Baía dos Golfinhos
Address: Rua Pescada Amarela, 85, Centro, Bombinhas, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
This is the building for the Baía dos Golfinhos collection, including apartments 201–207, 301–307 and penthouses 402 and 403 in the catalogue. The official descriptions place it approximately 160 metres from Praia de Bombinhas. This reference applies to this building, not to every property in the portfolio.
Residencial Vista Bella
Address: Avenida Vereador Manoel José dos Santos, 842, Centro, Bombinhas, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Vista Bella has its own entrance and address on the avenue. Its official descriptions state approximately 100 metres from the beach. Check your apartment number too: different buildings in the portfolio can have apartments with the same number.
Residencial Marcelo Pinheiro
Address: Rua Pescada Amarela, 225, Centro, Bombinhas, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Apartments YR01I and YU01I belong to Marcelo Pinheiro. They are not at number 85 and do not share the features described for the Baía dos Golfinhos building. Their listings state approximately 320 metres from Praia de Bombinhas and 950 metres from Quatro Ilhas; check your intended route on a map before setting out.
Houses: match the property code to the street number
- AY20G: Rua Pescada Amarela, 256 — a three-bedroom house.
- AY21G and AY22G: Rua Pescada Amarela, 155 — two separate houses, each with its own reservation.
- YO01I: Rua Pescada Amarela, 225 — a three-bedroom house; do not confuse it with apartments YR01I and YU01I at the same address.
